\nZ HV is a ready for use admixture in powder form.
\nIntraplast\u00ae
\nZ HV causes the cement mixture to expand before setting. By
\nformation of micro bubbles into the wet mix, volume is expanded and
\nfluidity is increased without segregation. Intraplast\u00ae
\nZ HV reduces the
\nseparation of water (bleeding) from the mixture. It prevents premature
\nsetting and allows a reducing in the amount of gauging water. Depending
\non its dosage and the mix design features, it allows the production from
\ninjection grout to thixotropic grout.
\nUses Intraplast Z\u00ae
\nHV is a special product for the production of grouting mortar,
\nbackfilling mortar, and rock and soil anchoring. The use of Intraplast Z\u00ae
\nHV with the grouting mixture has the following advantages:
\n\u25a0 High final expansion up to 10% if the mixture is correctly designed
\n\u25a0 Non-shrink grout production even if sand is added into the grout
\nmixture
\n\u25a0 Improved fluidity and prolonged workability
\n\u25a0 Good compressive strength can be achieved even when high
